①Be up in the air＝ちゅうぶらりん、未定

②Slash＝（大きく）減らす、切り裂く

③Tipping point＝重大な分岐点（No point of return的な）
The crisis reached a tipping point
④Take XXX with a grain of salt＝割り引いて考える。
As I am not an expert, please take my words with a grain of salt.
⑤take a raincheck＝後でもいい？
I can't go today, but can I take a rain check?
⑥Flip side＝裏面、on the flip sideで他方でとか逆に言えば、、、とか
X is Y, but on the flip side, X is W.
